Returns & Exchanges
At Careonecraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic furniture purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
- The item must be in its original, unassembled state (if applicable)
- You must have the original purchase receipt or order number
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@careonecraft.cv or call +1 (201) 747-9874 to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage when possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging or documentation
Warranty Claims
For warranty claims, please refer to the warranty documentation included with your purchase or contact our customer service team. Warranty claims are separate from return requests and may have different terms and procedures.
